1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CuraAi_HOS ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. CuraAi_HOS is a healthcare navigation platform that connects patients with healthcare providers in India.

2. Medical Disclaimer

CuraAi_HOS is NOT a medical service provider. The AI symptom check, risk scoring, and recommendations are for navigation purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns. CuraAi_HOS does not replace the doctor-patient relationship.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. CuraAi_HOS cannot be liable for any loss or damage from unauthorized account access.

4. Partner Responsibilities

Healthcare providers (doctors, pharmacies, labs, ambulances) registered on CuraAi_HOS must:

  • Maintain valid licenses and certifications
  • Provide genuine medicines, accurate test results, and timely services
  • Comply with all applicable Indian healthcare laws and regulations
  • Respond to patient complaints within 48 hours
  • Accept that violations may result in penalties, suspension, or permanent blacklist

5. Revenue Share & Commissions

Partners agree to pay commission on transactions processed through CuraAi_HOS. Commission rates vary by segment and volume (as displayed in partner dashboard). The visible service fee represents 50% of the total platform commission; the remaining is broken down at settlement time (payment processing, compliance, infrastructure, support, marketing).

6. Fraud & Compliance

CuraAi_HOS actively monitors for fraud, including medicine substitution, over-billing, and negligence. Upheld complaints result in: -10 compliance marks, formal warning, revenue penalty, and potential permanent blacklist after 10 upheld complaints or 3 critical cases.

7. Data Protection

We comply with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP) 2023. Patient data is stored in India (Mumbai region). See our Privacy Policy for details.

8. Limitation of Liability

CuraAi_HOS is an aggregation platform. We are not liable for the actions of healthcare providers. For unregistered providers, CuraAi_HOS provides AI analysis only — total risk and responsibility lies with the user.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Partners may terminate their account at any time. Upon termination, outstanding commissions must be settled.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes will be resolved in courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
